Terms and Conditions

• Clients should not be checked-in without government issued identity card, without exceeding 20 minutes waiting time.
• The client’s requirement and medical services should be provided immediately upon request after the checkin is done. Charges will be paid by client themselves.
• The room and details of equipment entered in our website should be within the same hotel premises.
• The room should be provided to client, if available before check-in time and Check-out to be done according to time.
• In case of inappropriate clients, the hotel should contact us and do not provide room until the case is resolved.
• This contract is for B2B purpose and shouldn’t be exposed to third parties.
• Payment should be refundable within the same day, in case of booking cancellation.
• There shouldn’t be any service complaints and feedback form should be provided to clients.
• Payment will be done within 3 days from the date of bill received.
• Client should be provided with small souvenir, if they stay for minimum of 1 week or more.
• After the commencement of the contract, terms and conditions will be applied accordingly.
• Minimum duration of this contract must be of 2 years
